Sometimes there are good things in life.
This song reminds me of a girl I liked and kissed once before she told me she didn’t find me physically attractive who was a tremendous wreck but sang like Jenny Lewis and that made her less of a disaster and more of an angel.
When I ran into again a year and a half later she showed me her nipple piercing even after I said I didn’t want to see it and she called me a creep for wanting to look at her boobs despite me telling her I did not want to see them.
This song reminds me of loving someone very much and leaving her because if I didn’t leave I would regret it forever and I regret leaving every day I feel happy since I’ve left.
I am so glad I found this. It’s so calming and it makes me feel like a smarty pants.

I accidentally walked through
on my way to get a coffee
Her tights were black and her sunglasses
blocked out her eyes
Her green shirt - I don’t know what to call
her green shirt - a blouse, a dress? - her green top
covered her knees and the sleeves were rolled up her arms
but it was obvious to anyone that she was pretty -
not to say that most redheads are not pretty -
but most people in general are not pretty
redheads – real, true redheads – are rare
and
pretty
people are rarer still
if she were left handed it would all but
guarantee her to be the most unique human being alive
But I doubt she was a lefty
for when she half-applauded -
the poems were
a little too political and self-congratulatory -
her right hand formed a strong cup and landed on
top of her left
and when
a wandering baby
was finding his legs and
waddled back to his mother
the pretty redhead smiled
showing no teeth
and waved at him with her right hand

This week, I spoke with Robbie Cruise. Robbie owns a popular night club here in Astoria. Robbie has some very interesting ideas to promote and grow his business, and we spoke about them and the difficulties a small business owner faces in this modern technological world.
One last final push for these two shows -
Fun Fun Fun and High Five Fest host SKOMP tonight at 10pm at Player’s Theater. It’s got improv, sketch, and more improv. Also, a raffle, where you can win such great prizes as A WALK ON ROLE IN A SKETCH and A SLOT AS A TEAM CAPTAIN AS KALEIDESCOPE.
The sketches this month are super funny, and I hope I don’t ruin them with bad acting. I was laughing my way through the entire rehearsal. This show gets my STAMP OF APPROVAL!
Tomorrow night is the debut show of THE SATURDAY NIGHT SUMMIT, presented by the sleepy underdogs of (Secret Man Group). This is the show to see if you want to see, in musician/comedian/luminary Josh Sharp’s words, “next level shit”. And you do! STAMP OF APPROVAL.

Today was my last day of work. I am amped and terrified. And have a lot more free time.
